5. Service Life and Storage Period
The service life of the EasyRad Pro GPR is at least 5 years from the date of manufacture under the condition of proper operation according to this manual.
The guaranteed storage period in the manufacturer’s packaging is 3 years from the date of manufacture in conditions that comply with storage standards for electronic equipment.
The battery life is 3 years or 500 charging cycles, whichever comes first.
6. Warranty Obligations
The manufacturer guarantees that the device meets the technical specifications provided in this passport, subject to the user observing the operating, transportation, and storage conditions.
The warranty period is 24 months from the date of sale.
During the warranty period, the manufacturer undertakes to repair or replace defective parts free of charge if the defect is due to a manufacturing fault.
The warranty does not cover:
- Mechanical damage to the device
- Damage caused by improper use, neglect, or accident
- Damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure circumstances
- Normal wear and tear
- Consumables and accessories
- Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification
